In the event that parts are missing, or damaged from your kit, please perform the following actions:
- Locate and complete the form supplied in the kit box, see Billing Boats example form (shown bottom).
- Mail the completed form to the address on the reverse of the form for the Distributor for your respective country.
- Wait for the Distributor to send you your items.
Note: Whilst most warranty claims are dealt with swiftly, if you are claiming for replacement laser cut parts – or other non-stock items, please expect to wait about 8 weeks as such cases require factory orders.
