Replacement Parts
In the event that parts are missing, or damaged from your kit, please perform the following actions:

  • Locate and complete the form supplied in the kit box, see Billing Boats example form (shown bottom).
  • Mail the completed form to the address on the reverse of the form for the Distributor for your respective country.
  • Wait for the Distributor to send you your items.

Note: Whilst most warranty claims are dealt with swiftly, if you are claiming for replacement laser cut parts – or other non-stock items, please expect to wait about 8 weeks as such cases require factory orders.
In case of parts missing from your Billing Boats kit, please locate and complete the form supplied in the box, see example below, then mail it to the Distributor for your respective country who will be able to source your items and send them to you thereafter.
